1. Who we sell to
This online store sells and delivers within Malaysia only — Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan.
If you are outside Malaysia, please contact us directly by email or phone. Many of our products can be shipped overseas, but some are not available in certain markets because of exclusive distributor arrangements. We will quote you individually.
2. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm your order. We may decline an order for any reason, including where the item is unavailable or the price was displayed incorrectly (see section 3).
3. Prices and payment
- All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are the final price shown. No further tax is added at checkout.
- Payment is by online banking / FPX, handled by our payment service provider. Payment takes place on their secure system — we never see or store your banking login or card details.
- Prices may change at any time before your order is confirmed.
- Pricing errors. If a price is displayed incorrectly, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full. In practice we rarely do this, and we will contact you first.
4. Availability
Stock levels shown are our best information but can change. If an item you ordered turns out to be unavailable, we will either refund you for that item, or contact you to ask how you would like to proceed — for example, to wait for restocking or to choose an alternative. We will not substitute an item without asking you.
5. Dispatch and delivery
- Orders paid before 1:00 pm on a working day are dispatched the same working day. Orders paid after 1:00 pm, or on a non-working day, are dispatched the next working day.
- “Working day” means Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Kedah.
- Delivery charges are calculated by weight and shown at checkout before you pay. We deliver to Peninsular Malaysia and to East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak, Labuan).
- Heavy orders. Some orders are heavier than our online delivery table covers. If no delivery option appears at checkout, please contact us and we will quote the delivery for you.
- Delivery times depend on the courier and are not guaranteed by us. Once a parcel is handed to the courier, tracking information will be provided.
6. Returns and refunds
- You may return an item within 7 days of receiving it, provided it is unused and unopened, in its original packaging and in resalable condition.
- You must contact us before sending anything back. Returns sent to us without being agreed first cannot be accepted. Contact us and we will confirm the return and give you the correct address.
- Return delivery cost is borne by the customer.
- Once we have received and checked the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within one week. Depending on your bank, it may take a few more days after that for the money to appear in your account.
- Opened or used items cannot be returned, except where the item is faulty (see section 7).
7. Warranty and faulty goods
Products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, where the manufacturer provides one. Warranty terms, period and coverage are set by the manufacturer, not by us.
If an item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us as soon as you notice it, with photos where possible, and we will arrange a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Malaysian consumer law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
