Your warranty starts the day the machine actually reached you, not the day we shipped it.
Answer one question and we will tell you whether you need to register at all.
Not everyone needs to register. If you bought through our own channels, your name and number are already on the invoice.
Put down the real date you received it. We check it against the platform delivery record, so a later date will not buy you a longer warranty. Counting from the day we shipped, one month is the limit.

If you walked into the shop, ordered through WhatsApp, or bought from Kedai Dr.Burung, we raised that invoice ourselves. Your name, your number, what you bought and the date it left us are all in our system. When you need warranty service, quote the serial no. and we will find it.
If something does not look right, say you are not sure your details were taken down, or the machine was passed on to you by someone else, send us a WhatsApp and we will check for you.
