This notice explains how we handle your personal data under Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
1. What we collect
- Name, delivery address, billing address, phone number, email address
- Order details, and records of what you bought and when
- Payment status (we do not collect or store your banking login or card details — payment happens on our payment provider’s own secure system)
- Basic technical data from your visit (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) via cookies
2. Why we use it
- To process, pack, deliver and invoice your order
- To contact you about your order (confirmation, stock problems, delivery)
- To handle returns, refunds and warranty claims
- To keep accounting and tax records as required by Malaysian law
3. Who we share it with
We share only what is necessary, and only with:
- Courier and logistics companies, to deliver your parcel (name, address, phone)
- Our payment service provider, to process your payment securely
- Our order and inventory management system, used internally to process, pack and track your order
- Government authorities, where we are required by law
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing.
4. How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as required for accounting, tax and warranty purposes.
5. Your rights
Under the PDPA you may ask us to:
- see the personal data we hold about you
- correct it if it is wrong or out of date
- limit how we use it, or withdraw your consent
