燕子天天来玩，就是不做窝？
傍晚燕子在屋顶转一圈又一圈，进去绕一下就出来。隔壁那排一样的屋，他的鸟进得去，你的进不去。声音换了三次，板上还是空空的。
这种心累我们懂。我们自己也花过钱，看着燕子来了又走。

还有一句：要看的是几个月，不是几天。谁跟你保证一喷就见效，你都要小心。
怎么用：三步
- 兑水。打开前先摇匀，戴好口罩。用喷的，1 份 NBH 兑 4 份干净水。兑好的药水三天内要用完，不要留着下次用；放进泡泡机或蒸发器用的不受这个限制。
- 喷对地方。选不下雨的早上，集中喷在燕窝比较多的那一区的墙上。重点是不要直接喷到燕板本身，板湿了会发霉；喷在板下面大概一到两尺的位置就好。只喷有燕子做窝的地方，漫游室不用喷。
- 傍晚去看。看的不是数量，是行为：叫声比较密、飞起来比较兴奋、一对一对追，回家时老燕子带新燕子进来。
为什么要喷在燕窝多的地方？原理很简单：味道要给燕子嗅到才有用。喷在已经有燕子、有燕窝的地方，最少能确保燕子嗅到；嗅到之后，它们会叫其他燕子过来。没有燕子嗅到的地方，喷了等于白喷。
用喷的，每次大约 1 公升，4 公升大概可以喷三到四次。整间猛喷是浪费，味道也不会留得比较久。
多久一次：大多数客户是每个月喷一次。刚起步的屋和已经稳定的屋节奏不一样，讲你的屋给我们听，我们给你一个对你这间屋的节奏。
想让味道留得更久：用养鱼的泡泡机
喷的效果有，但味道散得快。放泡泡机的，味道先给浓一点，1 份 NBH 兑 3 份水，倒进桶里，用养鱼的泡泡机慢慢打出来，味道会一直留在屋里，比较省也比较持久。
为什么一个味道有用
燕子身上有一种我们人闻不到的味道，到了要交配的时候特别浓。燕子自己也会慢慢把屋里的味道累积起来，只是要很多年；把味道先做出来，你的屋就比较早到位。NBH 从燕毛萃取燕子的味道，加上海藻萃取和其他有机物质，把这个味道先做出来。不加燕粪，也不加 ammonia（阿摩尼亚）。
很臭，正常。哇佬，臭得要命，第一次开的人都会皱眉头。但这个味道是对燕子讲的，不是对你讲的。

效果好不好，不是我们说了算
这支产品从 2014 年卖到现在，一直有回头客。下面是客户自己发来的：
一间卡了七八年的屋，一个月内从 100 只来到 400 只。前提是屋的基础先做对了，荷尔蒙才帮得上力。
客户跟我们说「让我试 3 个月看看」。3 个月后，燕窝从 40 个增加到 122 个。我们一般建议喷在燕窝多的地方，因为效果比较明显；他却喷在原本没有燕窝的那一区，结果那一区也开始出现新燕粪、开始做窝。当然，他同时也改了屋里其他的问题。

常问
喷了没反应怎么办？
如果完全没反应，那多数不是味道的问题，要回头看声音和有没有天敌。有反应也不等于住下来，要它住下，味道要留得久，屋的基础也要对。拍视频给我们，我们帮你看卡在哪里。
会不会让燕窝变黄？
配方里没有加 ammonia 这一类的东西。燕窝变黄多数是别的原因，板的状况、湿度、采收和存放都可能。真的遇到，拍照发过来我们帮你看。
新屋、空屋可以用吗？
可以。旧客户里也有还没开始引燕、就先在空屋用的。但先看洞口和飞行道，味道对了、洞口错，燕子一样不会来。
跟 DSA 有什么不一样？
DSA 是拿 NBH 做底，八成 NBH 加两成燕粪萃取。新屋 100 个窝以下、还没有燕粪味的，用 DSA；老屋用 NBH 就够。
用了就一定会来吗？
不一定，我们不给这种保证。味道把客人叫到门口，门是坏的，他还是走。所以才要先把屋的基础做对。
可以跟别的牌子的香剂混着用吗？
不建议。味道叠味道，燕子的反应会乱，你自己也分不出是哪一样在起作用。要换就换干净，给它一段完整的时间。

Waktu petang walet berpusing di atas bumbung, masuk sebentar, kemudian keluar semula. Rumah sebelah yang sama bentuknya, burungnya masuk. Rumah boss tidak. Suara sudah ditukar tiga kali, papan sirip masih kosong.
Kami faham perasaan ini. Kami sendiri pernah berbelanja, dan melihat walet datang lalu pergi.

Apa yang NBH boleh bantu, dan apa yang tidak
Boleh bantu: asas rumah sudah agak baik, walet datang melihat dan bermain, tetapi yang tinggal sedikit dan sarang lambat bertambah. Dengan bau diwujudkan lebih awal, walet lebih cepat menganggap rumah boss sebagai rumah. Ia pemecut.
Tidak cukup dengan NBH sahaja: reka bentuk lubang masuk burung (LMB) yang salah, pemangsa (ular, burung hantu), suara yang tidak ditala dengan betul, laluan terbang yang tidak lancar, papan sirip berkulat. Dalam keadaan ini, bau yang baik pun tidak dapat menahan burung. Boss boleh mula guna dahulu sambil menghantar video kepada kami; kami semak masalahnya secara percuma, dan selepas masalah dibetulkan, barulah kesannya jelas.
Rumah baru atau rumah lama: rumah lama yang sudah ada bau najis walet sendiri, NBH sudah mencukupi. Rumah baru di bawah 100 sarang yang belum ada bau sendiri, lihat Dark Sky Aroma (DSA). Tidak pasti? Beritahu kami anggaran bilangan sarang boss sekarang.
Satu lagi: yang perlu dilihat ialah beberapa bulan, bukan beberapa hari. Berhati-hati dengan sesiapa yang menjanjikan hasil sekali sembur.
Cara guna: tiga langkah
- Campur air. Goncang sebelum dibuka, dan pakai pelitup muka. Untuk menyembur, campur 1 bahagian NBH dengan 4 bahagian air bersih. Campuran yang sudah dibancuh mesti habis digunakan dalam tiga hari, jangan simpan untuk lain kali; jika diletak dalam mesin gelembung atau diffuser, had ini tidak terpakai.
- Sembur di tempat yang betul. Pada waktu pagi yang tidak hujan, sembur pada dinding di kawasan yang banyak sarang. Yang paling penting, jangan sembur terus kena papan sirip; papan yang basah akan berkulat. Sembur lebih kurang satu hingga dua kaki di bawah papan sudah memadai. Sembur hanya di tempat walet membina sarang; bilik roaming tidak perlu disembur.
- Perhatikan pada waktu petang. Yang dilihat ialah tingkah laku, bukan bilangan: bunyi lebih kerap, terbang lebih aktif, berkejaran berpasangan, walet lama membawa walet baru masuk.
Mengapa sembur di kawasan yang banyak sarang? Prinsipnya mudah: bau hanya berguna jika walet menghidunya. Sembur di tempat yang sudah ada walet dan sarang, sekurang-kurangnya kita pasti walet menghidunya; selepas itu, mereka akan memanggil walet lain datang. Di tempat yang tiada walet menghidu, menyembur sama dengan membazir.
Jika menyembur, kira-kira 1 liter setiap kali; 4 liter lebih kurang tiga hingga empat kali. Menyembur seluruh rumah hanya membazir, dan bau tidak kekal lebih lama.
Berapa kerap: kebanyakan pelanggan menyembur sebulan sekali. Rumah yang baru bermula dan rumah yang sudah stabil berbeza rentaknya; beritahu kami tentang rumah boss, kami cadangkan rentak yang sesuai.
Mahu bau kekal lebih lama: guna mesin gelembung akuarium
Menyembur memang berkesan, tetapi baunya cepat hilang. Untuk mesin gelembung, buat bau lebih pekat: campur 1 bahagian NBH dengan 3 bahagian air, tuang ke dalam baldi, dan guna mesin gelembung akuarium supaya bau keluar perlahan-lahan dan kekal di dalam rumah, lebih jimat dan lebih tahan lama.
Mengapa bau boleh membantu
Badan walet mengeluarkan bau yang tidak dapat kita hidu, dan bau ini paling kuat pada musim mengawan. Walet akan mengumpul bau sendiri di dalam rumah, tetapi mengambil masa bertahun-tahun; dengan bau diwujudkan lebih awal, rumah boss sampai ke tahap itu lebih cepat. NBH mengekstrak bau walet daripada bulu walet, ditambah ekstrak rumpai laut dan bahan organik lain, untuk mewujudkan bau ini terlebih dahulu. Tiada najis walet dan tiada ammonia ditambah.
Baunya sangat busuk, dan itu normal. Bau ini untuk walet, bukan untuk boss.
Walet sedang mengawan
Berkesan atau tidak, bukan kami yang menentukan
Sejak 2014 hingga kini, produk ini sentiasa ada pelanggan yang membeli semula. Ini kiriman pelanggan sendiri:

Soalan lazim
Sembur tetapi tiada reaksi?
Jika langsung tiada reaksi, biasanya bukan masalah bau; semak semula suara dan pemangsa. Ada reaksi pun tidak bermakna burung akan tinggal: bau perlu kekal lama dan asas rumah perlu betul. Hantar video kepada kami, kami lihat di mana ia tersekat.
Adakah sarang akan menjadi kuning?
Tiada ammonia atau bahan seumpamanya ditambah dalam formula. Sarang kuning biasanya berpunca daripada keadaan papan, kelembapan, atau cara menuai dan menyimpan. Jika berlaku, hantar gambar kepada kami.
Boleh guna di rumah baru atau rumah kosong?
Boleh. Ada pelanggan lama yang menggunakannya di rumah kosong sebelum mula memikat walet. Tetapi semak dahulu lubang masuk burung (LMB) dan laluan terbang; bau betul tetapi LMB salah, walet tetap tidak datang.
Apa beza dengan DSA?
DSA berasaskan NBH: 80% NBH ditambah 20% ekstrak najis walet. Rumah baru di bawah 100 sarang yang belum ada bau najis, guna DSA; rumah lama, NBH sudah mencukupi.
Adakah burung pasti datang?
Tidak semestinya, dan kami tidak memberi jaminan sebegitu. Bau memanggil tetamu ke pintu; jika pintunya rosak, dia tetap pergi. Sebab itu asas rumah perlu dibetulkan dahulu.
Boleh dicampur dengan aroma jenama lain?
Tidak digalakkan. Bau bertindih membuatkan reaksi walet bercelaru, dan boss sendiri tidak tahu yang mana berkesan. Jika mahu tukar, tukar sepenuhnya dan beri masa yang cukup.

Swiftlets come to play every day, but never build a nest?
In the evening they circle the roof again and again, fly in for a moment, then fly out. The house next door looks the same, and its birds go in. Yours do not. You have changed the sound three times, and the nesting planks are still empty.
We know that feeling. We have spent the money too, and watched swiftlets come and go.
Do not rush to change the sound. NBH is a concentrated swiftlet-attracting scent. Dilute it and spray it inside the house, so passing swiftlets smell “there is company here, a place to nest”. Spray in the morning, watch how the birds react in the evening.

What it can help with, and what it cannot
It helps when the basics of the house are fair, swiftlets come to look and play, but few stay and nests grow slowly. Building the scent first lets them treat your house as home sooner. It is an accelerator.
It is not enough on its own when the entrance hole is badly designed, there are predators (snakes, owls), the sound is not tuned right, the flight path does not flow, or the nesting planks are mouldy. Then even the best scent will not keep the birds. You can start using it and send us a video at the same time; we check where the problem is for free, and once it is fixed, the effect shows.
New house or old house: an old house with its own droppings scent only needs NBH. A new house under 100 nests without its own scent yet, look at Dark Sky Aroma (DSA). Not sure? Tell us roughly how many nests you have now.
One more thing: judge it over months, not days. Be careful with anyone who promises results from one spray.
How to use it: three steps
- Dilute. Shake well before opening and wear a mask. For spraying, mix 1 part NBH with 4 parts clean water. Once mixed, use it within three days and do not keep it for next time; this does not apply when it goes into a bubbler or diffuser.
- Spray the right place. On a dry morning, spray the walls in the area with the most nests. The main thing is not to spray the planks themselves; a wet plank grows mould. Roughly one to two feet below them is fine. Spray only where swiftlets are nesting; the roaming room does not need it.
- Look in the evening. Watch behaviour, not numbers: more calls, livelier flight, birds chasing in pairs, older birds bringing new ones in.
Why spray where the nests are? The idea is simple: the scent only works if swiftlets smell it. Spray where birds and nests already are, and at least you know they will smell it; once they do, they call other swiftlets in. Where no bird smells it, the spray is wasted.
Spraying, about 1 litre each time; 4 litres is roughly three to four sprays. Spraying the whole house is wasteful, and the scent does not last any longer.
How often: most customers spray once a month. A house just starting out and a house already stable need different rhythms; tell us about yours and we will suggest one.
Want the scent to last longer: use an aquarium bubbler
Spraying works, but the scent fades fast. For a bubbler, make it stronger: mix 1 part NBH with 3 parts water, pour it into a bucket and run an aquarium air bubbler, so the scent is released slowly and stays in the house longer.
Why a scent helps
Swiftlets carry a scent we cannot smell, strongest in the mating season. Swiftlets build up that scent in a house themselves, but it takes years; building it first gets your house there sooner. NBH extracts swiftlet scent from swiftlet feathers, adds seaweed extract and other organic matter, and builds that scent first. No droppings and no ammonia added.
It stinks, and that is normal. The smell is for the swiftlets, not for you.

Whether it works is not for us to say
Since 2014 this product has always had repeat customers. Here is what customers sent us:
A house stuck for seven or eight years went from 100 birds to 400 within a month. The condition: the basics of the house were fixed first, then the hormone could help.
A customer said, “Let me try it for 3 months.” After 3 months, nests went from 40 to 122. We usually advise spraying where there are already many nests, because the effect shows more; he sprayed an area with no nests, and that area too started showing fresh droppings and new nests. He also fixed other problems in the house at the same time.
A customer who had tried several brands of hormone came back to NBH and added four to five hundred nests in a year. In his words: “Personally, I think MDK's hormone is good.”

FAQ
I sprayed and saw no reaction?
If there is no reaction at all, it is usually not the scent; check the sound and predators. A reaction is not the same as settling in either: the scent has to last and the house basics have to be right. Send us a video and we will see where it is stuck.
Will it turn the nests yellow?
No ammonia or anything like it is added to the formula. Yellow nests usually come from plank condition, humidity, or how nests are harvested and stored. If it happens, send us photos.
Can I use it in a new or empty house?
Yes. Some customers used it in an empty house before they started attracting swiftlets. But check the entrance hole and flight path first; the right scent with the wrong entrance hole still brings no birds.
How is it different from DSA?
DSA is built on NBH: 80% NBH plus 20% droppings extract. New houses under 100 nests without a droppings scent, use DSA; old houses, NBH is enough.
Will the birds definitely come?
Not necessarily, and we do not make that promise. The scent brings the guest to the door; if the door is broken, he still leaves. That is why the house basics come first.
Can I mix it with another brand of aroma?
We do not recommend it. Layered scents confuse the birds, and you cannot tell which one is working. If you switch, switch fully and give it enough time.
With a bubbler, how long does a bottle last?
It depends on your house; the drier the house, the faster it evaporates. Tell us how you use it and we will estimate.
After you spray and see a few more birds, the real work begins
